REVISION POLICY

Your selected package offers several opportunities for revisions to accommodate your modifications. You can submit your change requests within this allocated limit, as specified in your package details. Our dedication to outstanding service means we will keep revising until your needs are met. There will be no additional charges for any adjustments to the original design. Your updated design will be completed within 48 hours. Please be aware that any change requests made after finalizing the website designs will be considered a new order and may incur additional fees.

REFUND POLICY

The refund policy for Blitz Tech Studio is outlined as follows:

• No refunds are provided for clients who have selected a special package.
• Refunds will not be issued once the primary design concept has been approved.
• Clients who request revisions are ineligible for refunds.
• Lack of communication for over two weeks from project initiation voids eligibility for a refund.
• Refunds are granted only if company policy is enforced.
• Seeking services from other companies for the same project voids eligibility for a refund.
• Refunds are issued only if the creative brief contains essential information.
• No refunds are offered for complete design changes.
• Refund requests beyond the stipulated time frame are not considered.
• Refunds are not provided if the business undergoes alterations such as closing or name changes.
• Refunds are not granted for reasons like 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with a partner.'
• If dissatisfied with a specific service in a bundle, a refund is applicable only for that service.
• No refunds are available after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Non-refundable services include Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.
• Refunds are not entertained once the client approves the website design for development.
• A money-back guarantee applies only if the client entirely rejects initial designs. Additional concepts or modifications incur a 33% deduction for incurred costs.

Please note that Blitz Tech Studio reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract. After a refund, clients relinquish all rights to use the designs, which become the property of Blitz Tech Studio.
